Job Description
Join our dynamic team to help scale and optimize global procurement operations within the Procure to Pay (P2P) team. As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with stakeholders, legal, and finance teams to support operational procurement and travel/expense functions, driving automation and efficiency in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Operational Procurement (90%)

Efficiently triage and resolve requests, issues, and escalations, ensuring SLA compliance and accuracy in ticket documentation.
Manage end-to-end procurement tasks, low dollar deals, including NDAs, RFPs, TPRAs, and contract negotiations, PR-PO Cycle, chasing approvals ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Review and reconcile P-card requests, audit expenses, and manage credit card maintenance, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.
Support procurement, travel, and expense processes during employee transitions, ensuring policy adherence.

Procurement Transformation projects (10%)

Identify opportunities to introduce automated tools and systems in procurement processes.
Maintain comprehensive reporting to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
Prioritize and manage concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Proven track record in procurement operations with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion/Cloud.
Experience in contract review and approval, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects independently.
Proficiency in data analysis, with experience in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Alteryx.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the procurement team grows, agility to switch tasks according priorities.
