This part-time, remote role is perfect for someone who loves conducting research, analyzing data, and turning findings into actionable recommendations. You’ll design and execute surveys, conduct user interviews and focus groups, and collaborate with product teams to test and refine new ideas.

What You'll Do

• Survey Development & Analysis – Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to capture key insights about our users and market landscape.
• User Interviews & Focus Groups – Plan, recruit, and conduct user interviews and focus groups to uncover needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Prototyping & Usability Testing – Collaborate with product and design teams to test concepts, run usability studies, and validate new product and positioning ideas.
• Script & Guide Writing – Develop structured interview guides, survey questions, usability test scripts, and discussion frameworks.
• Data Synthesis & Reporting – Analyze qualitative and quantitative research, identify patterns, and translate insights into reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Market & Competitive Analysis – Track industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging behaviors to inform business and product decisions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, design, and business strategy teams to ensure insights drive decision-making across the company.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in market research, user research, or a related role.
Strong skills in survey design, interview facilitation, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Experience with research tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Typeform, etc) and basic statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools (e.g., Figma, Lyssna, etc).Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for both product and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills—you're just as comfortable engaging users as you are presenting findings to leadership.
• A curiosity-driven mindset and a passion for understanding user behavior.
• Bonus: Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or telecommunications environment.

Why You'll Love It Here

• The opportunity to shape product, marketing, and business decisions with real user insights.
• Fully remote and flexible hours (~10-20 hours per week)—work when and where you’re most productive.
• Competitive part-time compensation with opportunities to expand the role.
