Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role you will report to our Head of Supply Chain for Embedded and Critical Power. The ideal location for this candidate is Dallas, TX.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Implement programs for supplier selection, performance management, and supply base optimization.
  • Provide Quotation centers with support from core and strategic suppliers to obtain timely quotes.
  • Monitor current market conditions, technology roadmaps, and identify supply/demand trends.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate tactical and strategic Supply chain plans internally and to customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Supply Chain Managers and Product Introduction centers to coordinate sourcing strategies for timely manufacturing ramp-up on new programs.
  • Maintain good internal and customer relationships, serving as a point of escalation for commodity and process issues.
  • Enable new business opportunities by supporting discussions on Requests for Proposals (RFP) and implementing proposed solutions.
  • Support the implementation of global tools and solutions to meet customer needs and GPSC Goals.
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators at manufacturing locations to identify and assist in executing opportunities for improvement.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; Mechanical Engineering; or Experience in the field
  • 10+ years of experience within Supply Chain Management
  • Strong technical background in Mechanicals related to any of the following: Sheet metal fabrication; Aluminum; Copper; Cabling; Electromechanical components

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate
$119,100.00 USD - $163,700.00 USD Annual
