A Global Web Producer will work in close partnership with product managers, digital marketers, web designers, and engineers to implement priority projects. The responsibility of this role includes: coordinate production requirements and work with engineering to deliver requested features, build training content for global teams, and work closely with leads to maintain platform consistency.

What you'll do
  • As a Global Web Producer, work with cross-functional groups to implement new features and updates across adobe.com web sites.
  • Lead scrum team and ensure cross functional organizations deliver high quality, scalable solutions.
  • Partner with India Production Lead to manage publishing capacity, ensure timely delivery of quality results to business partners.
  • Be an active member of the Global Web Production team, help drive standards for publishing and business collaboration.
  • Engage with regional and international partners to ensure Global and Local needs are met on Adobe.com.
  • Pro-actively find opportunities to optimize Adobe.com across its pages and configuration.

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of web publishing and project management experience.
  • Expertise in working with Adobe Experience Manager or similar enterprise content management systems.
  • Experience in building for mobile design.
  • Good fundamentals with Web 2.0 technologies.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript.
  • Proven debugging skills across browsers, devices and operating systems.
  • Remain calm under pressure while managing competing project priorities.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $78,200 -- $161,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
