Job Title:

Business Analyst with English

Job Description

The Associate, Operations Support is responsible for coordinating support tasks related to operations in the organization. This position oversees tasks to completion and report their progress to the operations manager. This position is responsible for communicating with outside partners, and vendors.

Role Specific:

Reporting

  • Proactively tries to improve reporting system;
  • Supporting management team and participating in projects that aim to boost department's efficiency in terms of reporting/scheduling and RTA
  • Create and automate Power BI reporting for a few accounts
  • Maintain existing account dashboards
  • Data analysis and action planning support
  • Support Operations on budgeting, financial forecasting and aligning with company goals
  • Interact with company experienced Reporting architects and continuously improve skillset and knowledge on data analytics and reporting

WFM

  • Work with Ops team on monthly employee scheduling
  • Responsible for the attendance tracking – manual trackers, attendance tools etc.

Business Controls

  • Focal point for business controls in within the department;
  • Responsible for company compliance testing;
  • Working with sensitive personal information (SPI) and sensitive business information (SBI);
  • Adheres to all Health and Safety regulations, internal Concentrix, IT and local policies and procedures
  • Performs additional tasks according to business needs

Requirements

Working experience

  • Experience as a Business Analyst/RTA/SME/Reporting role

Language skills

  • Fluent level of English C1, both written and verbal

PC skills

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Proficient use of Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills

Personal skills

  • Flexible with the ability to manage a demanding and changing workload
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Innovative and initiative individual.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Work at home opportunity
  • Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, no work during Bulgarian Bank holidays
