We are looking for talented bilingual customer liaison and service specialists to work with our client, managing inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer service.
You will be the 'voice of the firm,' so we are seeking someone who is warm, friendly, a quick learner, professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, to ensure a positive impression of the firm and satisfaction with its communication.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working for a US company or call center in a similar capacity, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls daily, and managing multiple calls simultaneously.
You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.
