We are looking for a hands-on Social Media and Content Manager with strategic vision who works well in teams and takes initiative. You'll collaborate with our dedicated blockchain professionals to drive our marketing efforts forward.
While you'll have the support of a full-size marketing team, the ideal candidate should be able to take complete ownership of our content strategy and social media presence.
This role requires someone with a deep understanding of both B2B marketing and crypto-native audiences who can transform complex blockchain concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
You Will 🚀
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy aligned with P2P's business objectives and target audiences
Create a content calendar that balances educational material, thought leadership, product updates, and community engagement across all platforms
Craft high-quality written and visual content that explains complex blockchain concepts in accessible ways while positioning P2P as an industry leader
Manage and grow our presence across key platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Reddit with platform-specific strategies
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and community feedback to identify content opportunities and optimize our approach
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align content and social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
Collaborate with blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, and ecosystem partners to develop co-marketing content that expands P2P's reach
Analyze performance metrics across all platforms and content types, providing actionable insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion
Mentor and guide other team members in content development and social media best practices
You Have 🤓
5+ years of professional experience in social media management and content creation, with at least 3 years in the blockchain/crypto industry
Proven track record of growing engaged communities and developing successful content strategies
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and staking concepts
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to explain complex topics through creative storytelling
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from metrics to optimize strategy
Self-starter mentality with strong project management abilities and attention to detail
Creative thinking and the ability to stay ahead of emerging trends in both social media and blockchain
Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and external partners
Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing and editing skills
