Job description

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – Remote in California

Our healthcare company is redefining virtual care by making high-quality services accessible to all. We provide comprehensive support to clients through an integrated care model. Join our team and help bridge gaps in mental health care while collaborating with dedicated professionals.

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy sessions, perform client assessments, and create effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports.
  • Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and counseling services to support emotional and behavioral health needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and client records.
