Title: Technical Solutions Engineer (Pre & Post Sales)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in our go-to-market initiatives. This role involves engaging directly with customers, demonstrating product capabilities, and ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales engagement to post-sales success. The ideal candidate is adept at articulating complex technical concepts and passionate about enabling customers to harness the full potential of innovative AI and large language model (LLM) technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific customer use cases
  • Develop and continuously improve the demonstration process
  • Build proofs of concept (PoCs) to showcase product value
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth start
  • Create comprehensive enablement materials to support customer success
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product and engineering enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical go-to-market role
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex AI and LLM concepts in an accessible manner
  • Proven experience in conducting product demos and building proofs of concept

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms
  • Background in developer tools, data platforms, or cloud-based solutions
