About Us: Superior Contracting & Maintenance is a leading construction company dedicated to construction and maintenance, serving Property Management companies.  We pride ourselves on giving exceptional service and being a strong business partner for our clients.  As we continue to grow, we are moving into the private homeowner space and are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Development & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team!

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new vendors to enhance our product and service offerings. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential vendors that align with our company’s goals and values.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential vendors and establish communication.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews with potential vendors.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor qualifications and capabilities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain and update vendor records in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with the vendor management team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in vendor recruitment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting, telesales, customer service, or a similar role with a strong focus on sales performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to use persuasive selling techniques.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle rejection.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales applications.
  • Ability to take direction and implement action &/or change.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Experience with the HVAC industry and dispatching is a plus
  • High school diploma required.
