Role Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Data & Engagement Analyst to enhance the effectiveness of our SDR team and optimize website visitor interactions. This role will be responsible for analyzing SDR engagement and performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring SDRs have the necessary insights, tools, and processes to maximize their impact.
Additionally, this role will focus on analyzing chatbot data, conducting A/B testing on playbooks, and driving continuous improvements in website visitor engagement through chatbot optimization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive in recommending data-driven optimizations, and skilled at collaborating cross-functionally to implement meaningful improvements.
What you will doLive in Outreach & Drift Data: Continuously monitor and analyze Outreach and Drift data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Identify Optimization Areas: Use data insights to pinpoint areas where SDR performance can be enhanced, whether through automation, workflow adjustments, or messaging improvements. Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with messaging specialists to refine SDR content and playbooks. Partner with reporting teams to ensure the right dashboards and reports are built to track SDR performance and engagement metrics. Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights on SDR effectiveness and process gaps. Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve SDR efficiency, including automation, workflow enhancements, and data-driven best practices. Deliver Reports & Insights to Leadership: Regularly present findings, trends, and recommendations to SDR leadership to support data-driven decision-making. What you will bringData-driven decision-making – Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement data. Problem-solving mindset – Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations. Technical proficiency – Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and chatbot platforms.
