Product Manager

All Hands AI is hiring a Product Manager to help shape the future of software development. We're the company behind OpenHands (formerly OpenDevin), an open source LLM-powered software agent. OpenHands can write code, run commands, browse the web, and even solve GitHub issues end-to-end. We have a flourishing open source community, and we're looking for someone who can help bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and user needs.

You'll be joining as one of our early product hires, working directly with our founding team and engineering organization. We're building a culture that emphasizes kindness, candor, autonomy, and learning--and we'd love for you to be a part of it!

What You'll Do

• Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Work closely with our open source community to understand user needs and pain points
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and roadmap
• Drive product strategy and prioritization based on user research and market analysis
• Balance the needs of individual developers, enterprise customers, and our open source community

What We're Looking For

You don't need to meet all these criteria, but here's a rough idea of what we're after:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong technical background with hands-on coding experience
• Experience working with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products
• Track record of shipping successful products in collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience with open source communities and developer ecosystems

• Deep understanding of software development practices and tooling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of LLMs and AI agents

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $150-250k/year Equity: 0.2-0.4%

We're a fully remote company, but we have core hours of 12-4pm ET (4-8pm UTC), when all employees are expected to be available.
