This is a contract position until December 2025

Our mission is to help unlock the world’s potential by optimising the way we teach and learn. With a unique blend of technology and creativity, we bring learning to life, making complex concepts simple and accessible to students, educators, and parents alike.

Our culture is built on these values, ensuring we stay agile, innovative and empathetic to the evolving needs of the education community.

At Atomi, you’ll be encouraged to think creatively, work collaboratively and contribute to a mission where every piece of work is a step towards realising our collective potential in classrooms and beyond.

As the People Experience Manager, you will be a key member of the small People Experience Team.
In this role, you will oversee and contribute to various aspects of the employee experience, including talent acquisition, people experience projects and supporting leaders with people-related inquiries. Your primary focus will be to help foster a vibrant, inclusive, and people-centric workplace culture!

  • Leverage recruiting tools to proactively source, build, and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Provide market insights and strategic hiring approaches to hiring managers and the People Experience team throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Track and analyse key TA metrics to drive data-informed and creative hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and Heads of Department to provide both operational and strategic guidance on people-related matters, offering proactive recommendations and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain key policies that support and engage our team.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, awards, IFAs, and other regulations by regularly updating policies and processes for a seamless experience.
  • Work closely with the People Experience Partner to ensure a smooth onboarding process, including check-ins during the first 90 days.
  • Collaborate with the People Experience team and cross-functional teams to contribute to OKR-related projects.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team, promoting Atomi across social media, events, and job advertisements.

  • What you'll bring to Atomi
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR, preferably in a scale-up or start-up environment.
  • A genuine passion for people and a commitment to delivering a top-tier employee experience.
  • Strong knowledge of modern hiring techniques, combining creativity with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building authentic relationships at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and best practices.
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to refine and improve processes continuously.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining efficiency in day-to-day operations.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, demonstrating emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with a compassionate and thoughtful approach.
  • Approachable, personable, and energetic, creating a welcoming environment for employees and candidates.
