Job description

Salary Range:  PHP 45,000 - 55,000 per month  ($ 4.50 - 5.50 per hour)

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Work Schedule:  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM US Central Time (Monday - Friday)

 

What You’ll Do:

✅ Organize team events and engagement activities that bring employees together.
✅ Conduct employee check-ins and facilitate focus groups to gather valuable insights.
✅ Lead compliance, coaching, and offboarding conversations with team members.
✅ Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to timekeeping, leave requests, and HR documents.
✅ Handle timesheet adjustments, data exports, and HR reports to support payroll and compliance.
✅ Assist in onboarding, benefits documentation, and productivity tracking to enhance employee experience.
 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of HR, employee engagement, or related experience.
✔ Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about building a positive work culture.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
✔ Basic Google Sheets proficiency and familiarity with CRM/HRIS tools (HubSpot preferred).
✔ Experience with project management tools (AirTable preferred).
✔ Remote work experience and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 

Bonus Points If You Have:

✨ Experience in staffing, talent solutions, or BPO industries.
✨ Background in event planning or employee engagement initiatives.
✨ Familiarity with Hubstaff, Notion, and payroll/benefits administration.
✨ Start-up experience.
