We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Python and Node.js to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will design and optimize backend services, build robust APIs, and enhance our computer vision pipeline. WHAT YOU GET TO DO:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Node.jsDesign and maintain data structures on relational databasesBuild and optimize REST APIs that seamlessly connect our computer vision pipeline with customersRefactor and improve our Node.js codebase, enhancing infrastructure and deployment processesBuild components, define JSON schemas, write REST APIs, refactor code, help us improve our infrastructure.Write high-quality, maintainable code with strong unit and integration testing practicesWork closely with other engineers to build, improve, and scale our services.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Python and Node.jsAdvanced English skills, including speaking, as will be joining an international teamExpertise in writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, backed by testsExperience developing and deploying REST APIs, with the ability to collaborate closely with frontend developers on API designStrong knowledge of AWS services (Lambdas, S3, etc.) and Postgres.WORKING AT LOADSMART:
