• Monitor, organize, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Create, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Send follow-up emails to clients, and leads.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and relevant records.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Create and maintain Standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
