Position Overview

The Industry Territory Sales Executive expands new business and renewals in main accounts to meet financial and our goals. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling.

You will report to the Country Director and will work with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, and Autodesk Field Sales. This is a remote role with 30% to 50% travel. The region you will be covering is a subregion of Mexico: Estados del Bajío, Baja California Norte y Sur, y Estado de Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Generate NEW business by creatively expanding the business, geographically and in client base

  • Proactively own partner relationships (VAD & VARs) in the assigned region

  • Partner collaboratively with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adapt programs to increase new revenue, and expand business partner relationships

  • Build a coverage plan for high touch, medium-touch and low touch initiatives for optimal sales results in the assign region

  • Develop important and effective relationships within the territory key accounts and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value

  • Follow and manage those accounts through entire sales process

  • Be a Trusted Advisor for customers and identify win/win situations

  • Build, Develop and grow 5quarter-rolling pipeline for the assigned region, for the territory segment (10-25KUSD)

  • Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business

  • Align and work with other country’s business units for maximum return

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have a consultative sale approach

  • Have proven organizational and orchestration skills

  • 10+ years sales experience in business-to business sales, channel sales

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Willingness to travel +30% or more of the time

  • Work as a team member as well leading the expanded team
