In this full-time role, you’ll ensure project success by managing resources, schedules, and customer relationships. You’ll also mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and career advancement while maintaining a strong focus on decision-making and execution.

What a day in the life looks like:
•    Ensure project success, high-quality solutions, and effective solution architecture
•    Develop project strategy, monitor progress, budgets, billings, and schedules
•    Build management-level relationships, participate in sales processes, and ensure partner compliance with methodologies
•    Assign resources, manage partner teams, and maintain service team schedules for optimal utilization
•    Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and lead new hire onboarding and training
•    Oversee project execution, conduct facility assessments, manage escalations, and uphold professional standards

What you bring to the team:
•    Ability to travel as needed up to 50% 
•    5-10 years of demonstrated solution architect experience  
•    3-5 years of people management experience achieving target utilization  
•    2+ years of project management experience  
•    Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation skills 
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary range* 120K – 140K USD  
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
