About the Role

We’re looking for a top-tier Technical Artist with a deep understanding of rendering pipelines and strong problem-solving skills to join our team. If you’re skilled in writing custom rendering pipelines, have strong math abilities, and can comfortably bridge art and code - we want to talk to you!

What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely with art and development teams to seamlessly integrate assets into the engine.

• Optimize visual assets (models, textures, shaders) to maximize performance without compromising visual fidelity.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges related to shading, lighting, effects, and animation playback across various mobile devices.

• Develop and implement high-quality particle effects and visual effects (VFX).

• Create, optimize, and refine shaders to meet artistic goals and technical constraints.

• Assist in rapid prototyping of visual effects and rendering pipelines to enhance the overall visual experience.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development.

• Strong understanding of rendering pipelines and the process by which geometry is rendered to pixels on the screen.

• Solid knowledge of various rendering techniques, including lighting, shadows, Subsurface Scattering (SSS), Signed Distance Fields (SDF), and related methods.

• Excellent math skills with a strong foundation in graphics programming.

• Experience with C/C++.

• English proficiency (minimum B1) to collaborate effectively with the team, plus conversational skills in Russian, Ukrainian, or Belarusian, as these are currently our primary internal languages.
