We are looking for a VP of Support Services to join our team!

How You'll Make a Difference

The VP of Support Services is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and success of the engagement center. They will ensure that each project’s deliverables are met by creating disciplined, organized, and standardized processes. The VP of Support Services is responsible for each project team to produce at the highest level while meeting quality standards and schedules. They will build and manage the team through an aggressive ramp and ultimately drive the development of a climate of superior customer service, and a high performing, goal-oriented staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and oversight of a comprehensive, efficient, and integrated call center across all assigned programs  
  • Strategic planning and implementing new client projects
  • Promote a positive and productive culture that adheres to industry best practices and ensure the satisfaction of staff and clients  
  • Review performance reports adjusting workforce and operations to execute and achieve all goals & targets
  • Develop and execute departmental worklows, processes, and procedures 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills


Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (healthcare mgmt., business administration) or equivalent experience  
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a management role 
  •  At least 5 years’ experience in call center management  
  • Current CPR required
  • Language & Communication Skills: excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders; must be fluent in both spoken and written English and maintain professionalism in all verbal and written correspondence with both internal and external clients.
