As a trainer in skills development, Disability management, you assist with needs analysis and training delivery in both French and English. You coach and mentor employees. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of disability management. Coordination is critical. You interact with contributors working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. As a trainer, skills development, you provide training to the disability claims team. More specifically, you will be required to:
Provide training, guidance and mentoring for new employees.
Provide guidance and mentoring for new employees who need support.
Be responsible for updating learning activities and rolling out skills development processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of disability management.

What you bring to the table
General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including 3 years in disability management
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in distributing information and facilitation
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
Advanced knowledge of core operational systems (e.g., DCM) and disability management processes
