We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join a high end audio technology company and work with dealers, distributors and high-value customers to provide technical, customer and product support.
This company are famous for their high quality, high performance audio and cinema systems, including custom installations and system set ups, so this role is well suited to someone who loves to deliver amazing customer service and is passionate about optimising technologies to give the ultimate listener / viewer experience.
It's a varied role including technical product training, product demonstrations, customer-facing technical support and system design and specification.
Mixed working across home, office and site visits to partners and customers.
Requirements
Hands-on and in-depth technical knowledge of audio visual systems
Previous experience as a Product Specialist or Product Trainer, or in technical or customer support for AV technologies or systems
Confident communicating with customers over the phone and in person
Able to communicate technical information both with product demos and for technical support
Passionate about high performance audio
Detailed understanding of networked audio, custom audio or home cinema systems
Available for travel
