Job Summary
The Functional Consultant's main responsibility is to provide high-quality software implementation expertise to Flintfox customers. The Consultants act as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams, providing guidance that ensures the technical capabilities of our software customizations match agreed requirements. The jobholder will also provide customization, installation, and integration support to customers either on-site or remotely.
What You'll DoResponsible for the functional analysis, design, testing and deployment of Flintfox applications on both large and smaller scale ERP projectsLeads requirements gathering, solution design and fit gap analysis with the business process owners and subject matter experts providing leadership in business process management activitiesWorks closely with the implementation partner to ensure the design for the finance, accounting, order to cash, purchase to pay and related business operations are sound and work well with the solutions being implemented throughout the project as a wholeUtilizes the Flintfox Project Methodologies tailored to the customersTrain and create documentation for subject matter experts on configuration and functionalityLead meetings and demonstrate the intended designAssist with data conversion and perform data migration activitiesCreate and adhere to cutover tasks and scheduleAct as a conduit between Customers and Flintfox Technical teamsMay work on multiple projects simultaneouslySupports customer User Acceptance Testing, Deployment and Post Go live activitiesMaintain a high-level overview of consultancy competence and domain knowledge of ERP productsWhat You'll Bring2+ years of previous experience with Microsoft AX and D365 software implementationsHands-on experience with large scale, D365 F&O implementationsDemonstrable functional expertise in Pricing, Trade & Logistics and/or Finance modulesIn-depth understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processesUnderstanding of financial operations and processes, including Chart of Accounts, Accruals, and Journal entriesDemonstrable business analysis experienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems or similarPreferred Experience Have worked in providing systems implementation consultancy in Finance, Accounting or Information systems at systems integration consultancy or fortune 500 companiesMicrosoft Certified Professional Dynamics CertificationsTotal Rewards:
