Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

    Full-time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1-hour unpaid break. The candidate must be willing to work within the timeframe of 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM (San Jose, CA time). The exact 8-hour working schedule will be determined by the client in advance but will fall within this timeframe

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone conversations with potential clients in the United States
  • Triage client needs through brief intake and assessment
  • Perform warm transfers to senior representatives when appropriate
  • Schedule appointments with senior team members if immediate transfer is not possible
  • Use phone dialing service (PhoneBurner) to manage calls efficiently
  • Handle some text and email communications with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM system


Requirements
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written (Must submit voice recording)
  • Has stayed at least 6 months in their most recent work history
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to empathize with clients facing financial difficulties
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts related to debt and financial hardship
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone dialing software
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment
  • Flexibility to work within U.S. time zones
