Full-time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1-hour unpaid break. The candidate must be willing to work within the timeframe of 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM (San Jose, CA time). The exact 8-hour working schedule will be determined by the client in advance but will fall within this timeframe
Responsibilities:
Conduct phone conversations with potential clients in the United States
Triage client needs through brief intake and assessment
Perform warm transfers to senior representatives when appropriate
Schedule appointments with senior team members if immediate transfer is not possible
Use phone dialing service (PhoneBurner) to manage calls efficiently
Handle some text and email communications with clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company’s CRM system
Requirements
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written (Must submit voice recording)
Has stayed at least 6 months in their most recent work history
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to empathize with clients facing financial difficulties
Basic understanding of financial concepts related to debt and financial hardship
Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone dialing software
Ability to work independently in a home office environment
Flexibility to work within U.S. time zones
