Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Experience using 3rd party platforms to upload and schedule social media posts.

Core responsibilities:

  • Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. 
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts. 
  • Manage social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries. 
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
