This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Saturday and Sunday: 12PM - 6PM (includes 30 minutes paid break)
  • Monday and Tuesday: 6PM - 10PM

Client Timezone: Eastwood NSW - AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities
  • Craft and curate a diverse range of social media content, including carousel posts, short-form videos, and eye-catching graphics
  • Elevate our video content by adding professional text overlays and implementing speech-to-text features
  • Design scroll-stopping graphics that capture the essence of our real estate offerings
  • Collaborate with our existing social media team to enhance content quality and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Grow and nurture our online community through engaging posts and responsive community management
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to refine our content strategy
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant
  • Contribute creative ideas for content themes and community engagement initiatives
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably with exposure to the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms)
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across various social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexible availability to work 20 hours per week, possible weekends as well with notice
  • Portfolio showcasing your best social media campaigns and content creations
  • Passion for real estate and ability to translate industry trends into engaging content (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Australian real estate market trends and regulations (a plus)
