Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage GA’s LinkedIn and Twitter/X presence, crafting compelling content that drives engagement and audience growth. They will write, design, and schedule posts, transform client insights into case studies, and track performance to refine strategies—ultimately expanding GA’s brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/CST
Must-Have Requirements:
  • Experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X) for brands or individuals.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create engaging posts.
  • Ability to analyze social media engagement and optimize strategies.
  • Skilled in repurposing content (client calls, webinars) into case studies and blog posts.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design using tools like Canva or Adobe.

Core Tasks:
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for GA’s LinkedIn and Twitter/X accounts.
  • Repurpose client insights into case studies, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, refining content strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source insights and align messaging.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, experimenting with new formats and engagement tactics.

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
