Requirements
Handling a caseload of claimant Serious Injury claims, predominately RTA-based, with values ranging from £150K+
Delivering excellent client care to those who have experienced traumatic and life-changing events.
Supporting Senior lawyers with leadership and motivation of the team.
Conducting regular technical and case reviews, providing feedback and mentoring.
Communicating with clients and meetings with a multi-disciplinary team of experts.
Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability, causation, and quantum.
Drafting documents, including statements, pleadings, and schedules of loss.
Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
Optimising client settlements.
Person Specification:
Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx. There are numerous roles within our clients expanding team, so our client will be interested in speaking with NQ solicitors upto Grade A.
Proven experience dealing with serious injury claims
Commited to delivering excellent client care.
Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and objection handling.
Accountable for achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment with high work quality standards.
Competent with case management systems, and a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail.
