As a Technical Project Manager you will...
• Manage a software development team or teams that create, enhance, and support the certification exam delivery process.
• Support other Project Managers or Product Engineering Managers in larger project efforts or maintenance activities
• Successfully manage all phases of the software development projects
• Meet the established financial, schedule, and quality objectives and deliverables
• Utilize and help optimize existing and evolving processes and practices (quality, risks, issues, etc.)
• Effectively communicate project status
• Play an integral role on an Agile Scrum team so the ability to effectively communicate, motivate, collaborate, and have fun(!) are some of the important skills you will need to be successful.

Minimum Required Skills:What you should have...
• A Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years of managing software development projects and teams
• Strong Agile Scrum project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A proven track record of successfully leading software projects and teams
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communications skills
• Leadership and team building skills

Minimum Education Requirement:A Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
