Job description

Location: 100% remote (Europe, CET ± 3 hours)

Classification: Full-time, 30-40 hours a week

Pay Range: 60,000€ to 85,000€

Core Responsibilities

Lead research efforts alongside your team and product manager, uncovering insights that shape intuitive and engaging learning experiences
Design intuitive, age-appropriate learning experiences that inspire and empower our users
Apply pedagogy principles to create engaging, inclusive, and user-centered interfaces
Contribute to and expand Miaplaza’s design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align design goals with user needs and business objectives
Create high-quality prototypes to test and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
Collaborate closely with teammates to share feedback, build on each other’s strengths, and take shared responsibility for the quality and experience of our products
