Chemours is seeking Senior Director of Pigment Operations. The Senior Director of Operations will lead the Chemours Titanium Technologies (TT) global manufacturing operations for our TiO2 pigments business. The Titanium Technologies business has three large plants for their pigment production located in Altamira, Mexico, DeLisle, Mississippi, and New Johnsonville, Tennessee. These operations are high hazard chemical manufacturing facilities with a total headcount of approximately 1,300 Chemours employees and 1,500 contractors. The Pigments Operations Senior Director is responsible for the safety, asset reliability, product quality, cost of manufacture, capital prioritization and deployment, and operational efficiency of the manufacturing organization. You work closely with other functions of the organization such as Business, R&D, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Key performance objectives include safety, quality, cost, OEE, production to plan, and employee engagement through leveraging industry best practices and collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and create opportunities to improve performance and cost of manufacturing. You are part of the Titanium Technology (TT) Global Business team and contribute to the overall TT strategy. Together with your counterparts in the other Chemours business units you contribute to leveraging best practices as a key member of the Operations Board of Chemours and in collaboration with the global Manufacturing Center of Excellence.
