Job description

Overview:

LMI is seeking a Senior Go-to-Market Campaign Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and marketing leadership to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with audience-specific and growth-oriented goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the GovCon market. This person will be responsible for managing campaign goals, budgets, timelines, and communications while collaborating with marketing team members and internal marketing teams and external vendors to maximize impact. Additionally, they will play a mentorship role, providing guidance to other campaign marketers.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns to support business growth and enhance LMI’s market presence.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Align marketing activities with LMI’s strategic priorities and audience-specific objectives.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Set and track campaign goals, KPIs, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teammates and external vendors to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously assess and refine campaign strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and impact.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, business leadership, and SMEs to ensure alignment on campaign strategy and execution.
  • Clearly communicate goals, expectations, and progress updates to stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Provide input and strategic guidance to junior campaign marketers to support team development.

Marketing Channel & Content Strategy

  • Utilize a mix of marketing tactics—including digital, content, events, and media—to effectively reach and engage key audiences.
  • Ensure campaigns leverage appropriate marketing channels, including web, social media, email, paid media, and earned media.
  • Contribute to content development by ensuring messaging aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey goals and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Outstanding writing and editing abilities, with experience crafting messaging for technical and government audiences.
  • Familiarity with common marketing tactics and channels, including digital, content marketing, events, and paid media.
  • Comfort with topics related to technology, enterprise IT, cloud, cyber, and federal government operations.
  • Ability to strategically connect, organize, and track campaign efforts to maximize impact and visibility.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
