Min 2.5 years Proven experience, preferably in real estate, telemarketing, or lead generation roles. Prior experience in real estate wholesaling or appointment setting is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

Identify, research, and qualify potential seller leads through inbound and outbound channels (cold calling, email outreach, online research). Utilize scripts and sales techniques to assess seller motivation and property potential. Schedule appointments for the acquisitions team by converting qualified leads into meetings. Confirm appointment details with leads and maintain a high rate of appointment attendance. Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, email, and text to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system to ensure a streamlined process and accurate reporting. Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transition of leads and timely feedback on appointment outcomes.
