As a sales manager at Enza Zaden, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, developing strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team in the coastal region of South Africa. Your leadership and market expertise will help bring innovative seed solutions to farmers, ensuring long-term success in this agricultural market. How you’ll make an impact:

·        Drive sales growth and market expansion: Take ownership of the sales budget and profitability in your region. Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, expand sales, and bring high-quality seed varieties to more farmers.

·        Develop and execute tactical sales plans: Collaborate with product and marketing management to create and implement tactical plans that align with customer needs, ensuring strong market positioning and sales execution.

·        Build strong customer relationships: Identify and engage with customers, ensuring they receive tailored solutions and exceptional service. Work closely with the sales team to implement strategic customer plans that drive long-term partnerships.

·        Lead and develop a high-performing team: Inspire, motivate, and coach your sales team to achieve excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance in close collaboration with HR and the subsidiary sales manager.
