Job Description

You will directly impact how Diagnostic Imaging is changing the world of healthcare systems, physicians, nursing staff and patients. A rare opportunity to work and collaborate on new business models and continuous improvement in a global, high-innovation, high-value, Health Technology business.

The Sales Excellence Business Partner is a trusted advisor to the Market Management team on commercial transformation and sales execution, they ensure good problem solving and bring targeted solutions and critical sales behaviors to their respective Markets. This role will provide a thoroughly challenging and rewarding experience for a talented and driven candidate.


Your role:

  • Reporting requirements may include, but is not limited to Order/Revenue Intake, Market Data, Funnel Analysis, Forecast Updates, Compensation Review, Salesforce Deployment/Effectiveness, Competitive Analysis, Customer Satisfaction, and more.
  • Design, develop, and architect measurement strategies for all aspects of business performance, including assisting in the creation of structured tests to uncover actionable insights
  • Assist in achieving foundational objectives, including the identification and diagnosis of key business issues, development of solutions, and assisting with business partners to ensure timely and seamless execution
  • The individual in this role will have strong communication as well as interpersonal skills to work closely with all functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and management to be the gold standard in reporting and analytics across the organization.
  •  Lastly, the candidate will have to manage their time between standard required reporting and ad-hoc requests and be able to prioritize competing high urgency tasks, which requires strong organizational and time management capabilities.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Experience demonstrating a propensity for analysis, working with numbers, and ability to take on increased responsibility in a dynamic, fast paced environment with limited direction.
  • Demonstrated capability to synthesize data, understand business dynamics and think globally and strategically Solid analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, embrace concepts, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or arguments.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Able to constantly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together 

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $112,500 to $180,000 annually.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.
