JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop new customers: Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales approaching schedule.
Customer service: Identifying customer needs, maintaining relationships, and following up with customers.
Engineering: Adapting products, equipment, and services.
Reporting: Collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information.
Sales: Developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing sales by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Technical support: Working with technical staff to understand how products work and providing technical information to customers.
Presentations: Preparing and delivering technical presentations to customers and prospective customers.
Strong Business Acumen: Able to identify the business opportunities and to develop the business. Able to understand client’s needs and provide solutions to the customers.
