We're looking for both seasoned sales professionals and determined individuals who are ready to launch their careers.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Uncover clients' needs and work with internal teams to select applicable digital solutions.
Identify and work with client influencers and decision makers to pitch and close C-level employees on complex enterprise solutions in the advertising channel.
Demonstrate a track record of long-term, consistent accomplishments developing sales strategy and problem-solving.
Spot trends and developments and adjust personnel and/or sales approach rapidly.
Develop, nurture, and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders in support of strengthened client relationships and increased client success in their initial year with us.
Build a best-in-class sales team by developing foundational processes and leading tactical execution with our frontline leadership and sales teams.
Ability to influence and present complex ideas in a simplified manner.
Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved efficiencies within our sales organization.
Take a strategic approach to developing both frontline sales professionals and members of our leadership team.
Practice two-way communication with colleagues at all levels to maintain a culture of candor and partnership.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Lead effective meetings, one-on-one sessions, call calibrations and group training with frontline sales leaders and professionals as needed.
Understand our brand initiatives, marketing strategies and product portfolios and allow this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making processes.
Accept and embrace change, maintaining a growth mindset and adapting as needed.
A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding team sales objectives
Ability to quickly analyze data and identify needed changes to effectively communicate proposed pivots and take action to execute.
A growth mindset with a passion for team accountability and ongoing development.
Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
5-10+ years of proven success leading a sales team
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Business curriculum
