This is a remote position.
A USA based real estate company is looking for a remote PPC Advertising Manager responsible for overseeing their internal and client-facing digital ad campaigns, combining strategic planning, data analysis, and creative problem-solving to drive measurable growth. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Standard business hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm for 3 days a week, 11am to 8pm for 2 days a week.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the Advertising Manager guides clients through every stage of the digital advertising process, from strategy development to performance analysis and reporting. A strong understanding of audience engagement, lead generation, and data-driven decision-making is essential. The ideal candidate is a PPC expert with a passion for helping brands expand their market reach, a talent for extracting valuable insights from campaign data, and the creativity to craft impactful advertising strategies.
Responsibilities:
● Act as the PPC Manager for the corporate advertising initiatives.
● Act as a dedicated PPC account manager for assigned clients, taking full ownership of advertising initiatives throughout the client lifecycle.
● Work directly with clients to understand their business goals, explain PPC concepts, onboard and guide them through the campaign setup and management process.
● Research, define, present and implement paid campaign strategies.
● Create and configure ad accounts, build campaigns, develop ads, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels.
● Conduct ongoing management and optimisation of PPC campaigns across multiple channels.
● Draft conversion-focused ad and landing page copy and oversee landing page production.
● Implement analytics and conversion measurement via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, including configuration of custom events.
● Develop and manage reporting processes for corporate and client advertising initiatives.
● Provide regular analysis and insight reports to clients, host performance review meetings and provide program reporting to the management team.
● Act as the project manager for assigned client accounts and coordinate deliverables with the Sales and Creative teams.

3+ years of proven experience as a PPC Manager.
3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused ad and landing page copy.
Experience with multiple ad platforms, including Google Search, Google Display, Google Video, Google Performance Max, Google Local Search, Meta and LinkedIn.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with multivariate testing and campaign optimisation with proven results.
Advanced proficiency in conducting market research, competitive ad spend analysis, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting with the ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts in an approachable manner.
Comfortable communicating with clients to understand objectives, define strategy, establish expectations, provide regular performance updates and interpret results.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to organise and manage complex tasks across multiple projects.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a desire to take ownership over the development and management of the highest performing campaigns in the industry.

Essential:
Google Ads certification preferred (Search, Display & YouTube) and will be required.
Facebook Ads certification preferred (Associate or higher) and will be required.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Skills that are a plus:
Experience with managing PPC campaigns in the real estate industry is a big plus.
Experience with SEO, social media content management and email marketing.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software is a plus.
Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS and JS is a significant plus.
