About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and quality of our direct response marketing materials. In this role, you will utilize your attention to detail and understanding of direct mail production to deliver error-free, strategic marketing pieces that align with client expectations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities:

  • Proofing of copy and art, including spelling, punctuation, grammar, client and brand standards, and print specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and project schedules.
  • Ensure mail kits and versioning match strategy and approved templates.
  • Review data fields for accuracy and match internal databases.
  • Compare insertion samples and postage usage to ensure correct components are included.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or relevant experience in editing, proofreading, direct mail, or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with nonprofits or direct response marketing agencies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Basic understanding of programming rules and vendor coordination is a plus.

LOCATION: Remote, U.S. (No travel is required). 

WORKING HOURS: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Our business operation hours are 8:00 – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Preference is for the employee to work majority of their workday in the U.S. Central Time Zone.

Pay Range expected for this (non-exempt) position: $40,000 - $42,000 annually.

The position level and compensation for this role will be determined based on the market location, experience, job skills, and qualifications of the candidate.
