Job description

This is a remote position.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Valid Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.   Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
2. Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response. 

Skill and Experience
  • 5 years’ experience in end-to-end delivery of provincial healthcare projects that have successfully implemented provincial clinical standards across multiple hospitals. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 5 years.
  • 5 years’ experience managing large-scale healthcare projects including building of supply chain capacity and distribution procedures.  The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 5 years.
  • 3 years’ experience leading clinical consolidation projects in a healthcare setting, with a focus on reorganizing hospitals to align with new acute and sub-acute models. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 3 years.
  • 3 years’ experience in implementing technology solutions to improve healthcare operations, such as enhancing system access efficiency or automating supply chain processes. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 3 years.
  • 2 years’ experience in managing projects that involve selection and implementation of software packages to deliver clinical functionality in healthcare settings. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the projects or work that total at least 2 years.
