JOB OVERVIEW:

The Virtual Assistant (VA) – Production Artist will provide essential design support for our creative studio by finalizing digital assets, versioning digital ads, and preparing print files.
This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with Figma experience preferred.
The VA will work closely with our design team to ensure high-quality deliverables across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have a modern and clean design aesthetic and experience working with agencies handling multiple accounts.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital & Print Asset Production:

Finalize and format digital assets for various platforms.
Version and resize digital advertisements for different placements and specifications.
Prepare and package print-ready files following industry standards.

Graphic Design Support:

Assist in designing marketing materials, banners, social media graphics, and other assets as needed.
Maintain consistency across brand materials while adapting creatives to different formats.
Collaborate with designers and art directors to execute creative concepts.

Software Proficiency & File Management:

Work proficiently in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design and file preparation.
Utilize Figma for collaborative design and prototyping when required.
Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control.

Quality Control & Review:

Conduct final quality checks on assets before delivery.
Ensure design files adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.
Optimize images and assets for web and print formats.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work with internal teams to meet project deadlines and expectations.
Provide timely updates on task progress and challenges.
Take feedback constructively and implement revisions as necessary.
