Your Role:
As a Principal Solution Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Data Platform (CDP) sales initiatives. You will be responsible for presenting the product, handling customer objections, and executing technical win strategies. Your expertise in demos, workshops, and services scoping will be key to our success in closing deals. Your ability to build relationships and collaborate with product management and other cross-functional teams will enable us to continually enhance our offerings and deliver value to our customers.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead, build and deliver high-impact demos and solutions that showcase how the Customer Data Platform drives significant business transformation and value for top-tier clients. can create business value for prospective customers
- Proactively manage and resolve customer objections, leveraging deep expertise to influence decision-makers and guide customers toward successful solutions
- Spearhead ideation sessions and workshops, both standard and custom, with a focus on vertical-specific strategies that align with broader business objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical win strategies for high-priority sales opportunities
- Drive and run the success of Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, collaborating with clients to define success criteria and establish long-term relationships
- Lead cross-functional services scoping exercises, ensuring alignment across teams and successful project execution with key stakeholders
- Deliver internal enablements, create knowledge-sharing initiatives, and represent the company as a thought leader at external events, webinars, and industry conferences
- Drive continuous feedback loops with product management teams, advocating for product enhancements that directly benefit customers and contribute to business growth
- Present Solution Consultant enablement sessions for the global GTM teams, ensuring a unified, high-impact sales approach
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing strategic guidance and enabling the team to deliver high-quality solutions and results
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or Principal-level role with a consistent track record of driving strategic results and leading complex customer engagements
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, with experience managing high-value client relationships and complex enterprise sales cycles
- Deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms and related technologies, with proven ability to strategically leverage these tools to drive customer success and business impact
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Ability to handle customer objections and engage in solution-focused discussions
- Experience in executing workshops and technical win strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and enabling teams to achieve their fullest potential
- Proven success in solving complex problems, driving innovative solutions, and continuously improving processes and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Travel Requirements:
- Requires peaks of 40% travel to visit clients/prospects/events/internal meet ups
