Responsibilities:

Lead a small software development team.
Develop new products and enhance existing products
Understand customer needs and gather technical requirements.
Facilitate deep technical discussions with engineers, customers, partners, and executivesProvide the team with technical guidelines and best practices used by the organization:

DevOps-Lean Principles
Low technical debt

Coaching and mentoring team members

Qualifications:

10 years+ of experience as a Full Stack Developer using Javascript, React, and Python
3 years of leadership experience
5 to 10 years of experience in API Development using AWS Services like Lambda, RestAPI.
5 to 10 years of experience in Agile Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure
5 to 10 years of experience in Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development, and code reviews.
