As a Performance Engineer at Aspire, you will contribute to performance testing within an Agile team. Your responsibilities include developing test strategies, creating documentation, identifying issues, and reviewing results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and communicate risks effectively.
What you’ll do
Create \
update performance tests for new \ existing products.
Setup
complex test scenarios to model production workloads.
Plan,
design and execute different types of performance tests like load, stress
and endurance.
Evaluate
system performances and recommend improvements.
Analyze
test results and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes.
Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies.
What you’ll need
Experienced in dynamic scripting of HTTP in
Jmeter.
Experienced in Beanshell scripting for custom use cases
using (Groovy/Java,JS) languages.
Understanding all parameters which influence performance
of the application like JVM, GC, memory, cache, threads, db pools etc.
Basic understanding of web/app/db layers, thread
contention, network infrastructure.
Basic knowledge of deep diagnostic tools like New Relic
or Appdynamics.
Experienced in setup, design, execute and report
performance scripts using Blazemeter.
Experienced in Agile development
environment.
