People operations to hire and grow the people that will power better access to banking
Prelim is looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll help banks worldwide leverage our digital account opening platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal users. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit star candidates using outbound strategies and campus events
Serve as the first and primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process
Build strong relationships with candidates to attract and close candidates on working at Prelim
Complete new employee onboarding for human resources, benefits, and state registrations/filings
Run performance review programs to provide employee feedback and improve performance
Conduct annual employee training for product, compliance, engineering, and security requirements
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, project management, implementations, and sales to attend recruiting events and complete interviews
Maintain knowledge base articles, training videos, and other resources to empower employees and internal teams.
