Job Description:
This position performs all the duties of the Patient Financial Services Representative I with the addition of specialized department work. Provides assistance with complex department work such as electronic patient correspondence, resolving escalated complaints, bad debt processes, and financial assistance and presumptive eligibility. This position will also provide assistance with work that stems from supporting patient financial services business partner relations. This position may also partner with the Patient Financial Services Process and Training Analyst, Revenue Services Associates, and Patient Financial Services Supervisors in providing initial and on-going mentoring for staff.
