What You'll Do
Client-Facing Ownership – Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication on campaign strategy, performance updates, and optimization insights.
Media Buying Qualifications - must have managed outright single channel budgets bigger than $50,000 per month in spend USD.
Ad Strategy & Media Buying Execution – Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google (YouTube/Shopping/Search), and X (Twitter) for D2C brands.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Execution – Work closely with a Performance Marketing Strategist, project manager, designers, and copywriters to ensure campaigns align with creative strategy and business goals.
Budget Management – Own and manage daily ad spend across multiple accounts, ensuring optimal allocation and efficiency.
Creative Testing & Iteration – Work closely with the creative team to analyze ad performance, test new iterations, and scale winning creatives.
Performance Analysis – Leverage analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Varos to track KPIs, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for ROAS.
Audience Targeting & Experimentation – Continuously test new audiences, creative formats, and campaign structures to improve efficiency.
Landing Page Optimization – Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure landing pages and funnels are conversion-optimized.
Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
What You Need
2+ years of experience in media buying for D2C/eCommerce brands (agency experience preferred).
Proven track record of managing $50K+ monthly budgets with strong ROAS results.
Deep expertise in Meta Ads, plus experience with TikTok, Google, and X ads.
Strong analytical mindset – able to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for performance.
Client-facing experience with the ability to clearly present campaign results, insights, and next steps to brands and stakeholders.
Experience with attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Varos is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high performance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’ll be working closely with strategists, project managers, designers, and content teams to execute high-performing campaigns.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST.
