Job Description

 

We are currently seeking for a Senior Oracle Project Manager to join our team for exciting cloud-based projects. 

 

 Senior Project Manager responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day project management of Oracle Cloud projects. Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results.
  • Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans.
  • Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks.
  • Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives
  • Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements is an important part of the job.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors.
  • Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept
  • Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops.
  • Actively assist with developing tools, methodologies, approaches, points of view and thought leadership.
  • Mentor team members on and off projects to create a “best in show” team.

 

Required Skill: 

  • Minimum 7 years Oracle project management experience, with a minimum of 2-3 multi-pillar full-cycle projects 
  • Minimum 3- 5 years consulting experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology.
  • Ability to formulate and communicate a structured approach to the teams
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks and deliverables in high pressure environments and situations.
  • Project Management Certification highly desirable. 

 Travel: Up to 50%

 

US Base Pay Disclosure

 

Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $130k to $170k.

 

In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.

 

Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
