We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication, computer, and client management skills. This role is critical for maintaining efficient workflows and delivering exceptional service to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence management.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or other channels to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Maintain organized records, files, and databases for easy access and reference.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Support client management activities, including updating client records and tracking interactions.
Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to address client and operational needs effectively.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
