We are currently seeking a Network Engineer. The Network Engineer will build and support secure data systems from concept to production. This role will drive continuous improvement and growth of the company through strong skills and experience in data network technologies.

What you will be doing as a Network Engineer:

• End to end network responsibility
• LAN, WAN, VLAN, VDOM, WAF and other pertinent areas of networking
• Collaboration / Integration of all EZ systems into corporate standard network topologies
• Analyzes, tests, installs, documents, implements and supports converged network technologies
• Subject matter expert on IP routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, STP, IPsec VPN, SDWan and QoS
• Network capacity planning and performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Tests, implements and supports enterprise data centers and WLAN solutions
• Demonstrates good judgment identifying problems in advance and proposing solutions
• Prepares and maintains up to date documentation detailing configuration of deployed solutions
• Resolves operational issues involving routers, switches in a multi-routing infrastructure (OSPF, BGP)
• Working with cloud networking to provision, troubleshoot and maintain critical infrastructure
• Provides 3rd tier support for the corporate network
• Participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation and off hour’s maintenance windows

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of extensive networking and troubleshooting in a distributed environment
• Previous network design experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree Information Technology related field or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, not required
• FortiNet NSE4 certification preferred
• Working knowledge of cloud-based networking to include virtual firewalls along with routing and security groups
• Experience in infrastructure/networked environments with hardware (routers, switches, firewall, etc.), network security practices, designing, planning and implementing LAN-MAN-WANs using the industry standard technologies
• Broad working knowledge of tools, practices and procedures pertaining to networking and security operations and compliancy (SOX)
• Experience in global office build-out which include structure cabling, circuit provisioning, planning and coordination in all different levels
• Experience with Dynatrace monitoring a plus
• In-depth knowledge of networking and security theory beyond the scope of normal configuration/troubleshooting
• Broad knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANS, Routing, NAT/PAT, QoS, BGP, OSPF, IPSec and DMVPNs
